| What makes BeanDrinkerTM different than other coffee companies? |
The BeanDrinkerTM difference can be summarized with 3 words:
Quality, Freshness, and Value.
We start with the finest raw (green) coffee beans from superior growing regions and
expertly roast them to exacting quality standards.
Your BeanDrinkerTM coffee beans are roasted after
you order them...they are not pulled from an inventory of beans that were roasted 3 months
ago (or longer) as is the practice with many other coffee companies.
Finally, we feel that the BeanDrinkerTM value separates
us from the competition. With the average price of regular "gourmet" coffee in most coffee
shops approaching $13.00 per pound, BeanDrinkerTM Coffee
proudly offers our top selling
GlobaMedleyTM
coffee for under $11.00 per pound.
To further improve our value, we also offer quantity
discounts
on orders over 2 pounds, and we have a new customer
referral
program where you can earn one FREE pound of BeanDrinkerTM
Coffee for each new customer you
refer.

|
|
| Why does BeanDrinkerTM mix different coffee beans together? |
|
For the same reason candy bar and cereal companies mix 2 or more ingredients together to
make a completely new, unique, and great tasting product.
At BeanDrinkerTM Coffee we have applied the same idea to our
blends of coffee beans.
However, here at BeanDrinkerTM we took that idea to the next
level by mixing not only beans from different geographic origins (Americas, Africa, Indonesia)
from all over the world, we also mixed together the 3 main roasts of
beans (Full City, Vienna, and French).
The end result is our signature masterpiece blend - GlobalMedleyTM.

| |

 |
|
BeanDrinkerTM Coffee bean orders and

or

which currently can take from 1 to 4 business days to arrive depending

Therefore, including the ordering and roasting time, your order could take
from 3 to 6 business days to arrive, so plan your orders accordingly.

|
|
| How long does it take to receive my BeanDrinkerTM Coffee bean order? |
|
Orders placed before 10:00 AM EST during a normal business day (Monday-Friday,
excluding holidays) will roast the next business day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST during a normal business day may not roast until

referral.

|
|
| Should I freeze my BeanDrinkerTM Coffee beans to keep them fresh longer? |
|
NO! NEVER freeze coffee!
Coffee beans have natural oils that give the beans much of its flavor/taste.
Freezing the beans will cause the oil to freeze and separate from the bean and ruin
the flavor of the beans.
Also, the change in temperature (freezing/thawing) causes the coffee to become stale more
quickly.
Keep whole bean BeanDrinkerTM Coffee beans in the original packaging
or other suitable container stored at room temperature.
|
| |
|
|
| Why is there a 2 pound minimum order quantity? |
|
There a two reasons: 1) Given that BeanDrinkerTM Coffee must ship
our coffee beans to you via
UPS
or
U.S. Mail,
once the cost of shipping is added to the
price
of a single pound of coffee, the price per pound of coffee exceeds the average price of
gourmet coffee that you would pay in your local coffee shop.
2) After many years of observing the buying habits of serious coffee drinkers, we have
concluded that the vast majority of serious coffee drinkers buy at least 2 pounds of whole bean
coffee in a single order.
